Kenny joined Disney Vacation Club in 2011 at Disneyland. Within his first full year he won Rookie of the Year. Over the next decade-plus he became the top California-based DVC Sales Guide nationally, earning the Leadership Circle Award six times – including a record-breaking 2023 where he closed over $8 million in direct DVC sales, the highest single-year total for any California-based guide.

But over those years, he also watched direct prices climb steadily while the value proposition quietly eroded. Families he’d helped buy in direct at $200/pt were seeing new members pay $250, then $280, for the same membership — while certain benefits shrank. He saw the same thing happen in resale: buyers working with someone who called themselves a DVC resale expert but had never actually sold DVC, navigating ROFR and contract nuances they didn’t fully understand.
